Our Story

Peysnacks is a family-owned brand born from a personal journey. The name comes from our last name "Peysack". Our story began when my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease. We quickly realized how difficult it was to find gluten-free snacks that actually tasted good.

Coming from a household where his mom was a talented baker, he felt frustrated by the boring options available. Inspired to change that, with a background in pastry and a deep curiosity for better ingredients, we began experimenting, mixing, baking, and tasting until we landed on something that felt just right: crunchy, craveable, gluten-free snacks that don't compromise on flavor.

That's how Peysnacks was born — from our kitchen, with love, and a mission to bring joy back to snacking for celiacs, gluten-intolerant individuals, and anyone who believes in tastier eating.

Our Inspiration

At Peysnacks, our signature product "Crunchy Queso" is inspired by the flavors we grew up with. Think cuñapés from Bolivia or pão de queijo from Brazil — soft and chewy, cheesy breads our children loved and we've cherished since childhood.

But we gave it a twist. We transformed those beloved South American flavors into something new: small, crunchy, and packed with character. By blending traditional ingredients like tapioca starch with aged cheeses like cheddar and parmesan, we created a snack that's both nostalgic and completely fresh. It's a fusion of Latin American roots and classic cheeses that brings comfort and crunch together in every bite.
